When you create a short link with Scan Street, we generate a unique shortened URL (like scn.st/abc123) that redirects to your original long URL. These links are distributed globally for lightning-fast redirects worldwide.

Absolutely! All tiers (including StreetLite) allow you to create custom slugs for your links. Instead of random characters, you can create memorable links like scn.st/summer-sale or scn.st/my-blog.

Yes! Your short links will continue to work as long as your account is active. We don't automatically expire or delete your links.

Link-in-Bio is your personal landing page that houses all your important links in one place. Perfect for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and any platform that limits you to one link. Share your bio link (scn.st/u/yourname) and let your audience discover all your content, products, social media, and more from a single, beautiful page.

Yes! All tiers include bio page analytics. StreetLite users get basic metrics (total views, total clicks, top countries). StreetSmart and StreetPremium users get advanced analytics including: link-level click tracking with CTR, device and browser breakdown, geographic insights with cities, referrer tracking, session analysis, recent activity logs, and exportable reports. Analytics update in real-time and are accessible from your dashboard.

StreetLite: Choose from 3 beautiful themes (Default, Bubble Pop, Sunset Vibes) and customize colors, layout, bio, avatar, and social links.

Yes! Every link in your bio page has full analytics tracking. StreetLite includes basic click tracking. StreetSmart and StreetWise add real-time analytics, geographic data, device breakdowns, referrer tracking, and click-through rate analysis. See exactly which links perform best and optimize your bio page for maximum engagement.

Custom domains are available for StreetWise (Enterprise) users. Instead of scn.st/u/yourname, you can use yourname.com or any custom domain you own. Contact our team to set up your custom domain.

Layouts control how your links are displayed on your bio page. Choose from Classic Center (traditional stacked links), Grid 2-Column (showcase multiple links side-by-side), Grid 3-Column (maximum density), or Featured + List (highlight your most important link at the top with others below). Switch layouts anytime to match your content strategy.

Not yet, but it's on our roadmap! We're planning to add link scheduling so you can automatically show/hide links based on dates and times – perfect for limited-time offers, events, or seasonal content.

StreetWise (Enterprise): Enterprise-grade solution with everything in StreetSmart PLUS unlimited bio profiles, custom domains for bio pages, white-label branding, custom integrations, dedicated support, custom SLAs, and custom limits designed for your scale.

You can upgrade to StreetSmart or StreetWise anytime from your dashboard and immediately gain access to all premium features. For downgrades, we do not offer a direct downgrade option. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will automatically revert to StreetLite at the end of your current billing cycle. All your existing links will continue to function normally. For enterprise plans, contact our team for a custom solution.

Yes! StreetSmart and StreetWise users can track UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns.

Dynamic QR codes (available in StreetSmart and StreetWise) are QR codes you can customize with your brand colors, logo, and design. Unlike static QR codes, you can also update where they point without regenerating the code.

Yes! StreetSmart and StreetWise users can add password protection to any link. When someone clicks the link, they'll need to enter the password before being redirected.

Session tracking (StreetSmart and StreetWise) allows you to see the full journey of individual visitors – which links they clicked, in what order, and when. This helps you understand user behavior and optimize your link strategy.

StreetSmart and StreetWise users can edit link destinations, titles, and settings after creation. StreetLite users can create and delete links but cannot edit them once created.

API access is coming soon! We're building comprehensive developer APIs that will allow you to programmatically create, manage, and track your short links. Stay tuned for updates in your dashboard.

Yes! You can cancel your StreetSmart subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, then you'll be moved to StreetLite.
